Yoga, a Life Changing Journey!
Yoga Classes institute has been offering yoga classes for a long time, some of our students came to us as beginners and are now advanced yoga practitioners. We are delighted to have the opportunity to take people who join us on a life changing Yoga Journey. The yoga journey begins with a step towards a destination that may not yet be clearly realized in your mind. You will soon realize that no matter what your original destination was, the important part of the journey was actually what you learned about yourself in getting there. And so it is with yoga that you’ll experience this amazing transformation that allows you to connect your body with your mind, mind with heart, and heart with spirit.
Yoga has the ability to change your life completely. It isn’t enough to practice yoga, well teach you how to live yoga, every day, all the time!
Small and Want to Get into Shape
I am the smallest one in my immediate family although I am not the youngest. Despite being small, I like to do things like participate in a boot camp program or go to the gym on a regular basis. I don’t need to lose any more weight but I can tone up a bit more and get stronger. It is weird because my other family members show no interest at all in getting fit. They are the ones who need to be doing things to lose weight and get into shape but I am the one who is trying to get into better shape although I am not overweight.
I wish my other family members thought the same way about their health and fitness. They need to start realizing the importance of a good nutritious diet and fitness regime. If they were more like me, I know they could lose some weight and look and feel a lot better.
