I Lost My Purse at Hengar Manor!
I lost my purse at Hengar Manor and I have gone back twice searching for it only to be told it could be anywhere on the 35 acre land that Hengar manor occupy! The staff at Hengar manor were really helpful with my situation that lend me a golf buggy to get around the land to sped up the searching process, however I had absolutely no idea where I left it so knowing exactly where to look was very difficult! I talked to the receptionist the day after I realised what had happened and she, very helpfully, assisted me contacting the banks and cancelling my cards. My husband luckily was paying for the room and was able to put all the extra charges on his card! It is strange because I have never lost anything of any worth before, so had no idea how to act in the situation! Instinctively I wanted to cry but remembered to hold my nerve and to act as a lady!
